This may be required in three cases:

• you forgot the PIN
• you forgot the phone number
• you are unable to successfully log in

To login:

1. Fill in your Phone number

   If your number isn't validated as a US phone number, the error message will appear.

2. Click Next

3. Fill in your PIN code

   If you entered an incorrect PIN, the error message is displayed.

4. Click Login
